Great location at Downtown, right by a drug store, perfect for Canada Day celebrations at Parliament Hill and close to City Hall.

The units are good-sized and newly decorated with 2 queen beds. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from Confederation Park.

Loved this place, it was clean and had nice staff and location. The breakfast was warm and there was plenty of food to choose from. All the staffs were accommodating. Late check-out was useful. Besides, the location was awesome and best possible for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Byward Market. Family-friendly hotel set in the very very nice area.

The location is great, rooms are clean and new, quiet. Staff is bilingual and very competent.

The room service is provided by a bistro located in the next-door hotel, and not only is it a rip-off, but also it arrives to your room in a compostable box and a bag, carried by inexperienced staff. Our meals were cold, sluggish, collapsed in a corner of the box. Breakfast is included but mainly composed of carbs and fats.

hotel is well located and is only a 10 minute walk from Parliament Hill, market, Ottawa's main street and River which are the main things to see in this city, although if I were to return, I would stay a little closer to the Market or Parliament Hill. room was spacious, had a sofa bed, a small kitchen which although we have not used, it is good that there is one. it needs a renovation, because it is (although clean), old and somewhat outdated (the furniture, lamps, etc). Amenities included. Garage inside the hotel, no valet parking, although somewhat expensive, like almost all parking lots in Canada. There are washing machines and dryers inside the hotel, you can access at any time just with the room key, counting how difficult it is to find a laundry in this city, offered us a very good service.

Breakfast is terrible. It is included in the price, but it is of very bad quality, there are a lot of people, without any order with queues as soon as hot products like pancakes or waffles come out, little variety of fruits. The tables are not set, everyone puts on their cutlery, and as they run out very quickly, they take a long time to replace them with plastic cutlery. There is no safe in the room. The rooms need to be renovated. No bidet (usual in USA/CANADA)

The Carleton Suite Hotel in Ottawa is an upscale place with affable staff providing excellent service. The magnificent location just 1 km from Parliament Hill makes it a very nice area to stay in. We would definitely stay here again when in Ottawa; we didn't want to say goodbye to such a wonderful experience.

The staff here are quite friendly and efficient, always with a smile; the location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Bytown Museum, and they provide exceptional service within a 15 km radius of the airport.

Room was clean and lots of space for the 5 of us.

Parking was very hard with an oversize SUV and more money then reg. parking. Also having to go up to level 4 to sign in then back down to car then back up. Hard with children

I liked the location, the comfort and size of the suite. I liked having breakfast included in the price of the suite. The breakfast is excellent and offers a large variety of food. Receptionists were very helpful and informative.

Comfortable rooms with two beds and a complimentary breakfast 🍳. The rooms have a modern decoration that's really nice, and the location is top-notch. Plus, there's a cool pool and convenient onsite parking. You won't be charged extra for wake-up calls or ironing services.

Parking, on a good day its a nightmare. I even called ahead and thy assured me that my Suburban would not be a problem to valet park...yet it was.
